12月3日，苏州市虎丘区一村民家中，房主范木根与拆迁人员发生流血冲突，两名拆迁人员被其持刀刺死，他与妻儿三人受伤。昨日中午，当地警方通过官方微博公布了初步查明的案情，称范木根是在妻儿被打时拔刀刺人。范木根的儿媳对记者称其公公是个“很仗义”的人；但是这次刺死人，家人也想不到。
房主之妻情绪不稳手术推迟
根据警方昨日通报的案情，事发当日10时35分许，虎丘公安分局接到报警后，立即派员赶赴现场，4名处警人员将双方隔开，经劝说，双方同意到派出所处理。然而，此时拆迁公司负责人柳某带胡某、吴某身藏伸缩棍赶至现场，对范永海用力推搡，致使事态迅速激化，双方发生扭打。
其间，柳某等使用伸缩棍对范木根及其妻子、儿子等实施殴打。与此同时，范木根掏出身藏的尖刀刺中胡某胸口，胡某倒地。紧接着范某又追上柳某连刺两刀。胡某送至医院已经死亡，柳某经抢救无效死亡。昨日下午，本报记者联系到范木根之子范永海，他告诉记者他马上要到派出所做笔录，简单聊到其母顾盘珍正在医院接受治疗，因情绪不稳，手臂手术要延迟几日进行。范永海的声音显得十分疲乏，随后便挂断了电话。
晚上7时24分，记者再次拨通了范永海的电话，接电话的是范永海的妻子邓春弟。接到记者电话，邓春弟开始并不愿意多说，称事发后已经接到上百家媒体电话，甚至有来自加拿大媒体的电话，关于案情她和丈夫已经反复谈论过多次，能够披露的也都披露过了，并不想多谈。

范长根曾阻拦邻家被拆
谈到自己的公公范木根，邓春弟说：“他就是喜欢打抱不平那种人。”
她回忆，之前她家后门的邻居拆迁的时候，范木根就曾出面阻挡过拆迁人员。“开挖机来挖人家的房子，他就跑过去不准挖；我就说人家的事，你管那么多干什么，但他还是去拦住拆迁的人。”
关于拆迁公司曾对范木根夫妇的骚扰，邓春弟说那个时候和丈夫在外做生意并不在家，长期只有范木根、顾盘珍两个人在。但知道第一次对方砸玻璃的时候婆婆顾盘珍在家，并且顾因此受惊了几天。
令她印象非常深刻的是，当时婆婆几天吃不下饭，就被接出去住了一段时间。而网上流传的范木根的“遗书”就是在这期间写下，“遗书”中称一家人因拆迁遭威胁，不敢回家。“结果他们两个想回去住一下，才住一晚上，第二天(12月3日)就被闹了”。邓春弟说。
邓春弟认同范木根是个“很仗义”的人之说，“所以说这一次轮到我们拆迁，发生这种事，我们自己都想不到的。”她说：“他看到儿子和老婆被打成这样子，心里肯定难过，肯定是要发火的”。
邓春弟并不认为范木根是个有脾气的人。“他没有什么别的脾气，是很开朗的，不管跟谁都能谈得来的”。
