问：日本国会众议院今天通过决议，敦促中国撤销东海防空识别区。中方对此有何回应？
答：中国划设东海防空识别区合理合法，符合国际法和国际惯例。日方在这一问题上无权说三道四，中方对此坚决反对。日方当前应该做的是停止错误做法，停止纠缠和挑衅，为发展中日关系、维护有关空域的秩序和安全做点实实在在的事。
问：为缓解中日之间的紧张关系，中方是否对与日方举行任何形式的双边会谈持开放态度？
答：中日之间一直就双边关系及双边关系中的敏感问题保持着沟通。现在的问题是日方不能正视历史和现实，在有关问题上采取正确做法。我们再次呼吁日方正视历史，正视现实，与中方相向而行，就钓鱼岛、历史等有关问题找到管控和解决问题的有效办法。
