　　“有电了，生活像换了个世界。”西藏那曲地区班戈县普保镇牧民扎拉说，2012年结束的班戈县农网改造升级工程给当地送去了稳定电，越来越多的电器进入班戈寻常百姓家。

　　据介绍，今后西藏将继续查漏补缺，建立农牧区“金太阳”工程运行维护长效机制，通过扩大主电网覆盖范围和电网改造升级等工程，进一步提升用电质量和用电保障程度。
