Wang should nurture rather than undermine the mutual trust between China and Australia-Foreign Office-Australia

　　王毅指出，中澳关系几十年来积累的最重要经验是尊重彼此核心利益，照顾各自重大关切，培育相互信任，这是双方战略伙伴关系的基础，也是发展各领域合作的必要前提。澳方在中国设立东海防空识别区问题上的言行，损害了双方互信，影响了两国关系的健康发展，中国社会各界和中国人民对此深为不满，相信这是中澳双方都不愿看到的。

　　王毅表示，当前中澳关系正处在关键时期，中方希望澳方从战略和长远角度出发，与我们相向而行，妥善处理敏感问题，积极增进战略互信，不断拓展务实合作，确保中澳战略伙伴关系保持正确发展方向。

　　双方还就共同关心的朝鲜半岛、叙利亚、伊朗等国际和地区热点问题以及亚太经合组织、20国集团等交换了意见。
