Yang Jiechi-strongly opposed on the issue of terrorism， “double standards“-Yang-double standard

Yang Jiechi said that BRIC countries should strengthen counter-terrorism cooperation at all levels. At the global level, support for the United Nations and the Security Council play a central role in the fight against terrorism, and promote the completion of a comprehensive Convention against terrorism as soon as possible negotiations between the parties. At the regional level, support the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the African Union and other institutions play a greater role in counter-terrorism. Yang stressed that China is ready to strengthen cooperation with other BRIC countries, determined to combat all forms of terrorism.

　　杨洁篪指出，当前反恐问题出现新形势。国际恐怖主义日益呈现本土化、分散化、网络化趋势。我们应该警惕恐怖势力故意挑动教派矛盾，蓄意制造族群对立，利用互联网等手段宣扬极端和暴力思想。我们要严厉打击传播恐怖极端思想，坚决反对在反恐问题上搞“双重标准”。

　　杨洁篪表示，金砖国家应该在各个层面加强反恐合作。在全球层面，支持联合国及安理会在反恐问题上发挥中心作用，推动各方尽快完成全面反恐公约谈判。在区域层面，共同支持上海合作组织、非盟等机构在反恐问题上发挥更大作用。在国家层面，加强信息交流与执法合作，就2014年索契冬奥会、巴西世界杯等大型活动的安保工作分享经验，相互支持。

　　杨洁篪强调，中方愿同其他金砖国家加强合作，坚决打击各种形式的恐怖主义。
