家住大荔县城关镇北新街的宋先生今年36岁，2005年开始接触网络游戏，很多游戏别人需要四五天才能通关，他最多花两天就能搞定。“当时就觉得自己玩游戏方面很有天分。”宋先生笑着说。
成为游戏达人后，宋先生认识了一位游戏中的“商人”，由于他装备好、等级较高，在“商人”的介绍下，他帮等级较低的玩家升级，也由此开始了他通过网游赚钱的生活。就这样，不到半年时间，他认识了不少“客户”，建立起了自己的“信誉网”。当时他每个月的工资仅800元，而玩游戏每月能让他增收两三千元。
2008年，他毫不犹豫地辞掉干了10年的工作，成为了一名专职玩家。
账号被封前每月盈利5万元

对于这起案件，大荔县人民法院孙姓副院长称，此案属于新类型案件，在大荔是首次审理。由于法律对网络游戏虚拟财产受到侵害方面没有明确规定，开庭前后，他们调看其他地区此类案件，作为参考。目前，该院合议庭已有初步意见，正向渭南市中级人民法院请示，若无异议，将会尽快作出判决。
