对于喜欢美食的人来说,王扬茗这个人远远不如他经营的烧烤店“爆烤鸡头王”有名气。“沈阳名小吃”、“沈阳最牛烧烤店”等一系列名头,让他如今也被不少美食爱好者称为“沈阳最牛烧烤哥”。而能够被冠以“最牛”的称号,除了烧烤味道好,王扬茗之前的经历也和其他烧烤店老板不太一样,因为他是一名“海归”。


“我是一名大学生,在开店当老板以前,一直在俄罗斯从事翻译工作。”今年26岁的王扬茗对记者坦言,从一名俄语翻译到经常亲自下灶给客人烤串的烧烤店老板,这种转变是他在上大学时没有预见到的。“2011年我有了回国创业的想法,考察市场之后发现烧烤这个行业很有潜力,但很多店都是‘生烤’,很难入味。因为我母亲早年开过酱肉店,有一些酱肉的秘方,所以最后我决定要做一家把肉先酱熟再烧烤的店。”



抓住“吃货”图省事的心理找商机


2011年5月,王扬茗的烧烤店开业了,经过两年多的发展,如今他的烧烤店人气十足。12月4日18时左右,记者在店内看到,尽管冬季已经不是烧烤行业的旺季,但是依然有客人在门口等位。而作为老板的王扬茗却并没有在店里张罗生意,而是在另一个房间里备货。


“这些都是顾客在微信上订的货。”穿着白色工作服的王扬茗一边和记者打招呼,一边忙着把烤好、冷却后的鸡头、鸡脖、猪蹄等放到包装袋里,并通过机器压成真空包装。王扬茗告诉记者,把烧烤卖到微信上完全是一个偶然。“我岳母在佳木斯生活,有一天她跟我说特别想吃我店里的烧烤。正好我家里有一台真空包装压缩机,我就烤了几样东西,然后压成真空包装给她邮了过去。没想到这事后来就被一些顾客知道了,好多人表示也想不出门就能吃到我家烧烤,所以我干脆就通过微信,接受顾客订餐,然后打成真空包装,快递过去。”王扬茗说,现在他的实体店里每天顾客盈门,通过微信订餐的人气也不差。如今他在微信上卖烧烤,每个月也能净赚万元。
