马化腾表示，腾讯看中的是前海的氛围以及配套的产业政策等，目前已在前海成立了多家公司，注册资金超过16亿元人民币，除电子商务项目外，还有与金融有关的项目。被问到对于前海的发展有何建议时，马化腾表示，目前前海的一些政策还不特别清晰，希望前海金融政策的细则可以早点出来，这对于发展互联网金融非常重要。
王荣：创新比特殊政策更加重要
“在深港合作基础上，营造国际化环境，将成为前海发展和竞争的最大优势。”深圳市委书记王荣表示，对比其它区域的发展，前海在深港合作上更有条件和优势，还需要在此基础上营造出国际化环境，要“坚定不移，尽快推进”。
“有的时候，不是说领导多聪明，更重要的是土壤、环境。”王荣说，未来在前海，创新比特殊政策更加重要，而前海以及深圳要做的，是要营造环境，服务好企业。
前海项目
“前海壹号”及“前海中心”开工
目前前海入区企业已超过2600家，建设中的“企业公馆”将于明年投入使用，可满足约200家企业进驻。两大项目“前海壹号”及“前海中心”昨日正式开工。据悉，“前海壹号”总建筑面积约102.67万平方米，兼具办公、商业、公寓、酒店等，投资额约270亿元人民币，预计整个项目完全建成在2016年12月，完全投入运营在2017年。“前海中心”规划建筑面积50.3万平方米，总投资约200亿元，将建设国际5A甲级写字楼、高端购物中心、精品公寓和奢华酒店，预计2018年5月全面开业。
深港青年创新创业基地明年6月建成
由前海管理局、香港青年协会和深圳市青年联合会三方合作的前海深港青年创新创业基地项目昨日正式启动。该项目规划建筑面积2万平方米，总投资约1.2亿元，计划在明年6月底前建成投入使用。
据悉，该基地将重点发展文化创意产业、信息资讯、金融服务、生命科学等，引入香港专业管理机构运营管理，将学习硅谷引进天使基金、创业基金，提供创新创业辅导等配套措施，计划用5-8年时间，打造成为亚太地区有重要影响的青年创新创业基地。
