作为卖家应当在约定的期限内、没有约定期限情况下应当在合理的期限内将货物交付买家。本案中，郑女士在2011年7月购买的折叠床和床垫，卖家应当在合理的期限内将折叠床和床垫交付郑女士，但郑女士在2013年12月方才收到卖家的床垫，实际上卖家已构成违约。
物流公司与卖方之间存在运输合同，将货物如约送达买方是物流公司的合同义务。若物流公司未送达或迟延送达，依照合同相对性，作为运输合同相对方的卖方有权要求物流公司承担违约责任；而买方无权要求物流公司对其损失承担赔偿责任。
快递回单在日常的网购过程中是作为货物签收的主要证据，其作用不言而喻。在未确认货物是否收讫完毕的前提下，快递回单应妥善保管。
