Video: Japanese Senate adopted resolutions calling for China to withdraw air defense identification zone

The statement said, China designated sea air defense identification zone the reasonable and legitimate rights, in accordance with international law and international practice, the Japanese side has no right to judge. National People's Congress of China firmly opposes Japan to report thereon, through the House of representatives of the so-called resolutions.

The statement stressed that the Diaoyu Island and its subsidiary island is Chinese territory from ancient times and China has indisputable sovereignty. Japan unauthorized Chinese territory Diaoyu Islands into Japan's so-called air defense identification zone, China has always been firmly opposed to and will not be recognized.

Statement said the root causes of the current tensions in the East China Sea during the day. We strongly urge the Japanese side to stop all provocative actions to improve Sino-Japanese relations, and maintain the peace and tranquillity of the sea waters and airspace made a real effort.

　　声明说，中国划设东海防空识别区合理合法，符合国际法和国际惯例，日方无权说三道四。中国全国人大坚决反对日本众议院就此通过的所谓决议。

　　声明强调，钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自古就是中国固有领土，中国对此拥有无可争辩的主权。日本擅自将中国领土钓鱼岛纳入日本的所谓防空识别区，中国对此一向坚决反对，不予承认。

　　声明指出，当前东海紧张局势的根源在日方。我们强烈敦促日方停止一切挑衅言行，为改善中日关系，维护东海海域和空域的和平与安宁作出切实努力。
