  12月7日,环球时报所属环球舆情调查中心发布的全球调查显示,30.3%的国外受访者认为用“自信”形容中国的国际形象最为恰当;60.0%的受访者认为中国“已经是世界性强国”;40.8%的受访者认为中国与自己的国家未来10年会形成“合作伙伴”或“战略合作伙伴”的关系。


  这项主题为“2013中国国际形象与国际影响力全球调查”,是国内首次由媒体机构在全球范围开展的时政类调查。调查在全球6个大洲共14个国家的普通居民中进行,包括美国、巴西、英国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、印度、哈萨克斯坦、菲律宾、越南、澳大利亚、肯尼亚、南非和中国。本项调查旨在从民意角度解读中国在世界范围内的影响力、国家形象和外交关系。


  调查显示,“自信的”、“崇尚军事的”和“复杂的”是国外受访者眼中中国最突出的形象,而“勤俭节约”、“家庭观念重”以及“友好的”是中国人留给国外受访者最深刻的印象。


  关于中国的国家实力,60.0%的国外受访者给予了“已经是世界性强国”的认可,26.0%的受访者认为中国“还不完全是世界性强国”,仅6.1%的受访者明确表示中国“不是世界性强国”。问及中国具备哪些世界性强国的条件,高达73.0%的国外受访者选择“经济实力”,选择“政治及外交影响力”的占34.3%,选择“军事实力”或“文化影响力”的仅分别占23.6%和22.2%。国外受访者倾向认为未来10年国际事务中最具影响力的国家是美国,其次是中国,但在亚洲事务中,受访者认为未来10年中国的影响力位居第一,其次是美国。


  40.8%的受访者认为其所在国家未来10年与中国将会是合作关系,其中16.4%的受访者认为将会与中国形成“合作伙伴”关系,24.4%的受访者认为将会与中国形成“战略合作伙伴”关系。认为自己所在国家未来10年与中国形成“对抗关系”的受访者仅占7.1%。在所有调查国家中,肯尼亚、南非受访者对本国与中国目前的政治外交关系评价最好,日本、越南受访者的评价最差。


  对于中国的相关信息,44.4%的外国受访者从“国际知名媒体”获知,而通过“中国媒体在本国的传播”了解中国信息的国外受访者仅有12.1%。


  本项调查的执行时间为2013年11月11日至11月26日,最终回收有效问卷14,483份。中国的调查部分,采用CATI调查方式,在北京、上海、广州、成都、西安、长沙、沈阳7座城市进行;肯尼亚的调查采用入户访问的方式,根据肯尼亚全国人口分布情况进行按地区分层随机抽样;其他12个国家采用会员数据库在线邀约填答问卷的方式,通过对各国调查样本库的会员进行随机抽样完成数据收集。策划并开展本项调查的环球舆情调查中心曾开展了“中国人看世界”、“关于钓鱼岛争端两岸民众意见调查”、“十八大结束后中国民众信心调查”等有社会影响的调查,部分调查报告结集被收入《中国民意调查》等书籍,该中心还为有关机构提供国内外社会舆情监测。
