并没有看到事件的全部，而是凭借自己的主观臆断制造出一则消息，使看的人误以为这又是一起做好事被讹的事件，造成恶劣影响。信息源的不客观、不真实是这则消息给大家造成误导的重要原因。12月4日，图片的拍摄者对此事公开道歉。
据记者了解，这名拍摄者是一家图片供应商的签约摄影师。在拍摄完那场纠纷之后，他将图片连同文字一同上传到图片供应商的网站上，供有合约的媒体选用。而对于签约摄影师所上传的图片，这家图片供应商声称有责任进行核实。但这家图片社显然没有对此事进行核实。就这样，这组图片和文字在当天被多家网络媒体选为头条，直接转载，转载者看中的是由此带来的所谓“轰动效应”，也没有对其真实性进行核实。
