Liu Daming, male, 19 years old, high school students in Lanzhou city, Gansu province.

Liu Daming an infant suffering from rare worldwide due to osteogenesis imperfecta, only more than 20 kilograms in weight, physical stature such as children aged six or seven. In 19 years, he has seen 11 major surgeries, two brush with death, the body is loaded with all kinds of screws, era witnessed the knife marks on the skin. More than 10 years of studying history, Liu Daming is not knocked out by illness, but stronger, with feelings of transcendent life he studied hard, stick to their favorite literary works. Along the way, he became the spiritual leader of the school, often in the form of lectures on campus encourage students; he is gratefully repaying them teachers, most of my tongue in, teachers health and happiness.

　　刘大铭，男，19岁，甘肃省兰州市高中生。

　　刘大铭因幼年罹患世界性罕见的成骨不全症，体重只有20多公斤，身材如六七岁的儿童。在19年中，他经历了11次大型手术，两次与死亡擦肩而过，躯干中装载着各式螺钉，肌肤上见证着各个年代的手术刀痕。凭借对生命与知识的渴望及对人生意义的深度思考，刘大铭被同龄人称为“我们的霍金”。

　　十余年的求学历程中，刘大铭没有被病魔所击倒，反倒更加坚强，他怀着超然的生命情怀努力学习，坚持自己喜爱的文学创作。一路走来，他成为学校的精神领袖，常常在校内以讲座形式鼓励多届学子；他感恩师长，挂在嘴边最多的，便是希望老师们身体健康，过的快乐。

　　2013年，在完成一次大型脊椎重组手术后半年，他回到了校园，利用每日的空隙，创作完成了17.5万字的长篇个人自传《命运之上》。人民出版社与之达成出版协定，他也成为了人民出版社建社以来最年轻的签约作者。

　　刘大铭先后十二次荣获国家级文学奖项，两次受邀至人民大会堂领奖，多篇作品在《青年文学》及国家级刊物上发表。

　　刘大铭的精神激励着一代年轻人，践行着“中国梦”的伟大理想，用自己的灵魂，向时代传递活着的涵义。
