Wei Huane, female, aged 60, Danzhou city integrated service center of rehabilitation of the disabled.

In 2008, Wei Huane raised over 100,000 dollars in his own house built rehabilitation center. At the same time, she also started a half fee medical clinic treatment designed specifically for the disabled. Wei Huane frequently visited sympathy for persons with disabilities, encouraging them to regain confidence and passion for life and to integrate them into society.

In 2012, Wei Huane used their growing small village is located 10 km from the city of 50 acres of land from the Bank loan of 150,000 yuan, building a capacity for 50 people with disabilities like fostering service, places for rest and rehabilitation for the disabled.

At present, already have 30 family poverty, mental, and spiritual and other persons with disabilities by fostering. To pleasure the disabled guests Wei Huane have been built and more than 80 square meters of landscaped terraces, rest and fitness for people with disabilities, and maintenance. Wei Huane was intended to be two of the existing fish ponds and vegetable fields, as a base for planting, to provide job skills for persons with disabilities and rehabilitation training ground.

Wei Huane biggest wish is to create greater support for persons with disabilities service stations, to provide more and better services for people with disabilities, to help more people with disabilities on the road to self-reliance and self-improvement.

　　韦欢娥，女，60岁，儋州市残疾人康复综合服务中心负责人。

　　1993年，韦欢娥的大儿子因遭遇车祸导致精神智障。为了给儿子做康复治疗，韦欢娥隔三差五往返医院。这也让韦欢娥看到了许多像她儿子一样的人，于是她就想到创办一个残疾人康复综合服务中心，希望残疾人能通过中心的治疗与康复训练，走出残疾的阴霾，融入到社会中去。

　　韦欢娥自费到武汉参加学习各类康复培训班，学习残疾人的康复知识。2008年，韦欢娥从各方筹措了10万元用自家房子建起了康复中心。同时，她还开办了专为残疾人提供半费治疗的医疗门诊。韦欢娥还时常走访慰问残疾人家，鼓励他们重拾对生活的自信与热爱，让他们融入到社会中去。

　　2012年，韦欢娥利用自家位于距市区10公里的茶山小山村里的50亩土地从银行贷款15万元，建起一个可接纳50位残疾人的托养服务站，供残疾人休息、康复的场所。

　　目前，已经有30名家庭贫困、智力和精神及其他有残疾的人入住该托养所。为了愉悦残疾人的身心，韦欢娥还建起了80余平方米的景观露台，供残疾人休息、健身、康复之用。韦欢娥还打算将现有的两个鱼塘和菜地，作为种养基地，用以为残疾人提供就业技能以及康复的训练场地。

　　韦欢娥最大的愿望就是创办更大的残疾人托养服务站，为残疾人提供更多更好的服务，以帮助更多的残疾人走上自立自强的道路。
