　　经初步审查，挟持人质的嫌疑人苏某供述其在事发之前曾吸食毒品，后路过餐厅时因神志不清，遂持刀挟持女事主。目前，嫌疑人苏某已被警方依法刑事拘留，案件仍在进一步审查中。
