活动发起人之一刘恒义说，“善行使者·圆梦行动”大型社会公益活动是弘扬善行文化、践行社会道德实践活动的一次有益探索，组委会将携手社会各界志愿者，立志做“善行中国”的道德践行者，做“善行文化”的爱心传播者，为“美丽中国”、“中国梦”助力加油。
