爆炸地点位于黑牛窝村地家坪小组北头一户张姓村民家中，警方在这户村民家中，拉起警戒线，不让任何人靠近。
站在高处俯视这座院内，南北东侧均有房间。爆炸发生后，南侧一间房的门窗被冲击波推到院子的北侧，碎玻璃散落一地。直至昨晚6时许，院内依然躺着两具死者的遗体，分别用红色和蓝色塑料布掩盖着。
旬阳县委宣传部通报称，本次爆炸案共2人死亡，其中一名死者是嫌疑人刘德章，另一名死者是68岁的吴先贵。另有14名村民不同程度受伤。
喊话后“保温杯”就炸了
村民门师傅说，当天晚上，村委会通知全组22户村民，前往村民张万金家召开村小组会议，主题是推选新的小组长，同时商议村小组一笔征地补偿款的分配问题。
门师傅说，村民小组刚刚就选举小组长投完票后，刘德章就带着一个像保温杯一样的自制爆炸物冲了进来，“他说，都别走，谁走，我就弄爆它。”
村民张万金回忆，刘德章说完话没多久手里的东西就爆炸了，屋里一片黑，空气里弥漫着烟雾，喊叫声、呼救声此起彼伏。
昨日下午，在旬邑县人民医院骨科病房，主治医生介绍，目前在骨科有3名患者，主要是爆炸后造成的冲击对面部皮肤造成的烫伤。
遗书称“村民都欺负他”
马栏镇党委书记文海荣说，刘德章今年56岁，原为榆林米脂县人，多年前来到旬邑马栏镇落户，1994年返回米脂生活。其间出现婚姻变故，与继任妻子长期分居，儿女也无法生活到一块，于是去年又回到村里，并承包了村里的土地种植杨树苗谋生。
昨日，当地警方通报称，刘德章返回黑牛窝村后，因家庭生活不如意，性格孤僻暴躁，与本村多数群众关系紧张，蓄谋报复，导致这一悲剧发生。但一些村民并不认可这种说法。
村民王吉红认为，真正的原因是由于前任组长贪污的问题。王吉红说，前任村小组长涉嫌贪污挪用村民征地款，刘德章得知后，十分不满，便搜集材料，对小组长进行举报。今年7月左右，该小组长被免职并交出了贪污挪用的公款，而在分配该款项时，刘德章认为自己第一个举报，东奔西走费了很大力气，应该多分一些，但其要求并未得到该村村民的认同。
王吉红的说法，得到了6名村民的证实。
昨日，旬邑县宣传部门表示，刘德章之前确实举报了该村前任小组长贪污一事，事后该小组长也被当地镇政府免职，退还了贪污挪用的款项，但是否因为此事而引发矛盾目前还无法确认。
而当地警方在调查中发现，在案发前的12月4日，刘德章就曾托人邀请部分与自己矛盾尖锐的村民一起吃饭，中间企图作案，但由于当时无人参加，预谋没得逞。12月6日晚爆炸案发生后，警方也在其身上发现一封遗书，声称“村民都欺负他，扬言要报复杀人”。
