法制晚报讯（记者 李洪鹏） 据今天《21世纪经济报道》报道，上海市卫计委副主任黄峰平因涉嫌经济问题已被停职，黄峰平落马或因牵涉今年7、8月间被披露的葛兰素史克（GSK）商业贿赂案。
目前，上海市卫计委官方网站的“机构领导”一栏中，已经删除了黄峰平的名字。
多位知情人士透露，黄峰平事发，主要涉及其之前在华山医院及其下属医院任职期间涉嫌在医院招标采购中受贿等问题，同时可能牵涉葛兰素史克（GSK）一案。
公开资料显示，黄峰平生于1965年10月，浙江上虞人，是国内著名神经外科专家。他1996年毕业于原上海医科大学。之后长期在复旦大学附属华山医院工作，历任该院神经外科副主任、院长助理、副院长，并曾先后兼任该院属下多家分院和中心医院院长。2012年5月，调任上海市卫生局副局长，分管基层卫生处（合作医疗管理处）、科研与教育处。
有知情人士透露，黄峰平出事，可能是牵涉今年7、8月间被披露的葛兰素史克（GSK）商业贿赂案。这位人士称，黄峰平有近亲属在葛兰素史克公司任职，也有家人已移居加拿大。
