法院审理认为，被告人吕宏其行为分别构成强奸罪、协助组织卖淫罪，遂作出一审判决：被告人吕宏犯强奸罪，判处有期徒刑8年；犯协助组织卖淫罪，判处有期徒刑3年，并处罚金人民币1万元，数罪并罚决定执行有期徒刑10年，并处罚金人民币1万元。
