临客预售期进一步提前 5人及以上可订团体票

春运期间一律按20%核收退票费
针对往年春运大家由于回家时间未确定以及担心买不到火车票而买好几张火车票，导致大量退票的难题，铁路部门也做了相应的调整。铁路部门表示：这次旅客乘车日期在春运期间即1月16号到2月24号的车票，不采取从5%到20%的浮动退票方式，而一律按20%核收退票费，以引导广大旅客增强购票的计划性，让车票能及时周转到急需的旅客手中。
