　　12月6日上午，有网民打进云南网热线称昭通永善有一个戒毒所跑出了400多人，对当地的治安产生了威胁。村民传言说这些逃逸人员胡作非为，闹得人心惶惶，希望能有人出来调查此事真伪。 6日下午，昭通巿永善县公安局回复称，永善当地根本没有戒毒所，更不可能让数百人扰乱治安，此消息纯属谣言，市民无需恐慌，更不要传谣信谣。民警正在调查谣言来源。
