　　日前，一网民发帖称：四川省雷波县凉山戒毒所四百多名戒毒人员越狱，他们身带马刀、短刀、匕首等凶器分散在多个乡镇实施抢、偷、杀、强奸等恶性事件，并于2013年12月1日早上进入永善县辖区，在新春杨柳平一带活动。该帖发出后迅速引发网民关注、转载、跟帖，并在社会上造成部分群众恐慌。

　　昭通市永善县公安局6日回应称，经永善警方调查核实，该帖内容不实，帖子系永善县溪洛渡镇佛滩村人李某某编造。警方提醒广大群众不信谣、不传谣，不要恐慌。目前事情正在进一步调查处理中。
