  本报讯(记者 吴迪)家住小汤山的张瑾女士在惠新西街南口附近上班,她选择的出行方式是,早上开车到地铁天通苑北站,换乘地铁5号线进城。凭借当天市政交通一卡通乘坐地铁的记录,她只需花2元就可在地铁站附近的P+R停车场内停上一天。记者昨日从市交通委了解到,截止到2013年10月底,全市37个轨道交通站点周边设有P+R停车场,为市民提供了7513个停车位。


  P+R,即停车换乘。本市地铁附近的P+R停车场主要规划在地铁线路的起始站点,如天通苑北、安河桥北、通州北苑、后沙峪等。据介绍,这种设计主要为近郊居民进城提供便利、节约出行成本,同时可疏解大量进城车辆,缓解进城干道上下班时间的交通拥堵。此外,在占地面积20400平方米的方庄公交场站,将建设地上6层、地下3层的立体停车项目,为市民换乘公交提供便利。目前,公交场站采用这种模式建设停车设施仍有较大空间。


  据了解,P+R停车场除了为换乘提供服务外,也将为附近的办公场所日间停车和居民夜间停车提供服务,对这部分需求,停车收费将恢复到正常标准,作为维护停车场日常运营的一项重要收入来源。此外,部分P+R停车场附近还将探索建设一些便民设施,如社区服务站、加油站等,提高居民出门办事的效率。


  根据国内外已有的实践,有专家提议,可采用在停车楼内配套建设商业设施、将建设停车场成本纳入周边土地一级开发等模式引入社会资本参与P+R停车场建设。
