本报讯（记者赵莹莹）日前，北京市财政局发布《关于调整北京市市级行政事业单位会议费开支标准的通知》，从明年1月1日起，北京市市级国家机关、事业单位和团体组织组织会议，一类会议每人每天550元。
通知明确，从明年1月1日起，一类会议支出标准为每人每天550元，包括住宿费300元、伙食费150元、其他费用100元；
二类会议支出标准为每人每天450元，包括住宿费240元、伙食费130元、其他费用80元。
其中，其他费用包括文件资料印刷费、会议场地租用费、劳务费、交通费、专用设备租赁费等，培训费支出标准参照二类会议支出标准执行。
通知强调，一、二类会议标准为会议费开支上限，各单位应在支出标准总额内据实报销。会议费各项明细费用之间可调剂使用，但伙食费不得超过公示的明细标准。报销额度应以会议费支出标准总额减去不发生事项的明细标准为最高上限。特别是不安排住宿的会议不能列支住宿费，额度上也不能超过无住宿费的支出标准。
通知号召，各单位要根据市委、市政府有关精简会议的要求，通过减少会议、缩短会期、压缩会议规模等方式，尽量采用电视电话、网络视频或在本单位内部会议场所召开会议等形式，控制经费规模，降低会议、培训成本。严格执行会议定点管理要求，严禁在非会议定点场所召开会议。严格执行会议费报销制度，据实报销会议费支出，严禁虚列支出或提前列支。对于违反规定的情况依照《财政违法行为处罚处分条例》等法律法规予以严肃处理。
据了解，一类会议主要是市委、市人大、市政府、市政协、市纪检委召开的全市性工作大会及全委会。各民主党派群众团体大会和全会。
二类会议为单位内部会议和培训以及为完成本单位工作任务在本市范围内召开的小规模会议。
按2009年《北京市市级行政事业单位会议费管理办法》规定，会议费、培训费、项目支出预算核定标准为300元/人天。实际支出结算时以政府采购确定的定点饭店报价为准。J201
