　　为深入贯彻落实中央八项规定和新近出台的《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》，北京市财政局、市监察局、市审计局日前联合下发文件，在全市启动开展“公款吃喝”“超标配备公车”“三公经费开支过大”“损害涉农利益行为”专项整治工作。整治内容包括：利用公款大吃大喝或安排与公务无关的宴请，以及利用“农家乐”、私人会所等场所进行公款吃喝行为；严查超标准购车、借占用其他单位车辆、摊派款项购车以及豪华装饰公务用车行为；未按规定执行“三公”经费批复的预算，超预算或无预算安排支出，超范围、超标准报销以及与相关公务无关的费用；接待无公函的活动，以举办会议、培训等名义列支、转移、隐匿接待费开支；私客公待，以招商引资等名义变相安排公务接待等行为；清查2012年度惠农资金安排和使用情况，严肃查处截留、挤占、挪用、骗取惠农资金等问题。

　　据了解，专项整治工作分步实施，今年12月10日至15日为自查自纠阶段，要求各单位填写自查自纠相关报表并在单位集中办公地点或在单位局域网进行公布，接受干部职工监督。在自查自纠的基础上，北京市级财政、审计部门将组成联合检查组，于今年12月16日至2014年1月15日进行重点检查。

　　北京市提出，将加强对此专项整治工作的问责力度，对于自查自纠“零问题”，重点检查发现违法、违规问题的单位，将按照有关规定进行处理；对问题严重的责任人将依照有关程序移交纪检监察、司法部门严肃处理。
