  近些年来,燕郊、香河等地因为距离北京较近、房价较低,吸引了很多北京上班族买房。为此,张旭对中新网房产频道表示:“对于北京上班的刚需群体来说,虽然环北京都市圈的房价低,不限购,但是其他成本一点也不低。”所以,张旭提醒购房者:“在考虑环北京楼市圈置业时,一定要实地考察通勤时间,楼盘配套等情况,综合考虑再做出决定。”(中新网房产频道)
