在中国与欧洲不断强化铁路合作之际，为白俄罗斯研制最新型的电力机车，成为双方深化信任取得的重要成果。在中国铁路装备实施“走出去”战略引导下，今年7月，同车公司联合中国电气进出口有限公司与白俄罗斯铁路联盟共同签署了18台六轴大功率货运电力机车销售合同。这批出口机车依托同车公司先进的电力机车研发制造平台，结合白俄罗斯用户要求和实际运用环境，严格按照欧洲和前独联体铁路双重标准设计，是目前大功率电力机车领域里的最新产品。该型电力机车完成设计，使同车公司成为我国唯一一家完全掌握欧洲与前独联体国家铁路双重标准，并连续实现向欧洲市场输出大功率电力机车产品和服务的企业。
据白俄罗斯铁路联盟负责人介绍，选择与同车公司继续合作，主要基于对中国电力机车良好性能和优质服务的高度信任。2010年，同车公司为白俄罗斯研制了12台八轴货运电力机车，首开我国大功率电力机车海外输出的先河。这批电力机车在白俄罗斯投入运营后，稳定可靠，性能优异，深受用户信赖。特别是同车公司提供的优质售后服务，使中国的电力机车成为白俄罗斯最放心的铁路装备，在欧洲高端市场形成了“中国创造”的良好口碑。
此次出口白俄罗斯的六轴电力机车共计18台，交付用户后将与同车公司之前出口的12台八轴电力机车形成搭配，全面满足白俄罗斯铁路货物重载运输对不同牵引动力的需求。据了解，由于这批电力机车将以白俄罗斯为中心，在中东欧地区执行跨国联运的重载货物列车牵引，将使同车公司的电力机车产品成为中国铁路装备在中东欧地区名副其实的“代言人”，其“中国创造”的品牌辐射力将在欧洲得到进一步的增强。
