《法制日报》记者12月10日从浙江省东阳市公安局了解到，东阳警方近日破获国内首例比特币诈骗案，500余人受骗，涉及金额达2000万元。
炒币4天被骗9万元
10月22日，因看好比特币行情，东阳市民乔某在网上搜索比特币交易平台，发现“GBL公司”。
记者了解到，这个公司网站服务器位于美国，网站建立于今年5月27日，自称总部在香港，有大财团作为财力支撑。在国内，算是一家知名的比特币交易平台。资料显示，这个平台交易量在国内排名第四。
通过第三方支付，乔某在这个看上去“很靠谱”的交易平台充值9万元，用来炒比特币。
令乔某万万没有想到，才过去4天时间，也就是10月26日，这个网站便无法登录。乔某联系平台工作人员，但对方一直没回应。一些正常的交易程序不能进行了，他意识到自己可能中了圈套后，马上选择报警。
事实上，乔某只是众多受骗者中的一员。10月26日凌晨，网站无法进入，首页显示黑客敲诈留言，管理团队集体消失后，很多会员意识到这是一起GBL自编自导的骗局，并且迅速加入QQ群交流信息，500余名投资者组成一个“维权者联盟”，损失总计高达2000万元。
警方调查发现，GBL交易平台可以充值人民币和比特币，然后进行类似股票的买卖，也可以进行类似期货的做多做空。会员通过以上两种方式进行投资，网站则从中赚取手续费和对赌收益。网站上线以来，管理者以10倍杠杆高额回报为诱饵吸引会员加入。

警方同时了解到，网站建立初期网上就有人质疑，揭露公司背景、管理层身份造假，但随即被网站以自身夸大宣传为由发布公告道歉而平息。
据业内人士透露，该网站于10月18日开始大量转移会员充值的比特币，为卷款潜逃做准备。
专案组民警经过努力，确定了GBL交易平台管理人员身份并展开追捕。11月中旬，嫌疑人刘某、金某、黄某先后在贵州、安徽、深圳被抓获。
29岁的刘某是GBL网站负责人，痴迷股票和比特币投资，化名分析师“庄见愁”，在业内具有一定知名度，24岁的金某参与网站日常运营，33岁的黄某是刘某以前的同事，负责网站的财务。目前，该案正在进一步办理中。
比特币安全隐患巨大
12月2日，当GBL网站负责人被抓的消息在各个GBL受害者群里迅速传播时，人们欢呼雀跃，有网友把QQ说明改成了“庆祝GBL诈骗犯被抓”。而此时，一个比特币的兑换价，已经从GBL跑路当天的1000多元，猛涨到7300多元。

就在今年7月，泰国央行完全禁止比特币在现实中流通交易，成为第一个禁止使用比特币的国家。
12月5日下午，我国央行等五部委发布《关于防范比特币风险的通知》，通知发布后一个小时内，境内交易平台比特币中国网站显示，人民币计价比特币价格由6970元跌至4520元左右，跌幅达35%。
关于比特币的争议众说纷纭。持有一部分比特币的东阳市民李先生，对比特币前景持观望态度。“比特币是新事物，投机性很强，平台安全性差，就怕爬得越高、摔得越重，投资还是需要慎重。”
“潜在风险很大，比特币没有像股市那样的涨停限制，可能一夜暴富，钱也可能白白打了水漂。”玩家老张告诉记者，“比特币必须通过交易平台进行交易，容易受到黑客攻击，被盗也不是不可能的事。”

据介绍，比特币诈骗手段主要有3种:开设购物网站，网友支付比特币后，商家不发货卷款逃跑；针对“矿工”行骗，即有专门销售“挖矿机”的商家，在网友付款购买“挖矿机”后，迟迟不发货；黑客利用技术手段，即获取比特币持有人身份信息，再冒用该身份信息，掏空比特币持有人的“钱包”，将比特币转走。对此，东阳警方提示:炒比特币，应三思而后行。
