　　按照教育部新颁布的《中小学生学籍管理办法》，从9月1日起，全国2亿多中小学生获终身唯一学籍号。统一建成的学籍信息管理系统实行一人一籍、籍随人走、终身不变。

　　据悉，该系统将对学生学籍注册、档案管理、学籍异动、升级、毕业、成长记录实现全程信息化管理，有效解决虚假注册、重复学籍等问题，同时满足全国农村义务教育学生营养改善计划和学生上下学交通安全管理等工作的需要。

　　近日，教育部对全国中小学生学籍信息管理系统建设截至10月底的进展情况进行了通报。通报显示，32个省市区(含兵团)已全部完成全国系统的安装。河北等23个省市区的全部或部分学生数据已进入全国系统数据库，其中，上海等13个省市区的学生数据入库率超过90%。
