Shandong Department of Commerce： accelerating Shen Jian of Qingdao free trade zone

　　省政协十一届一次会议以来，省商务厅承办省政协提案21件，其中关于自贸区申建和开发区集约发展的4件。省委、省政府高度重视，要求省商务厅密切关注上海相关工作动态，加强自由贸易区研究。5月，省政府向国务院呈报了《山东省人民政府关于试点建设青岛贸易自由港区的请示》，拟申请建设的青岛自由贸易港区主体规划面积26.9平方公里，以9.72平方公里的青岛保税港区为主体，涵盖整个前湾港码头作业用地及后方物流用地。

　　7月17日，国务院副总理汪洋在山东考察调研期间，副省长夏耕专门汇报了青岛市申建自由贸易港情况。随后，青岛市政府召开自由贸易区试验区试点申报工作专题会议，确定了申建青岛自由贸易试验区新思路。7月29日，夏耕副省长率省各有关部门、青岛海关、山东检验检疫局等在青岛召开专题会议，听取青岛市政府关于自由贸易试验区进展情况的汇报。

　　8月8日，夏耕向商务部部长高虎城汇报了申建青岛自由贸易试验区的建议。下一步，省商务厅表示将向商务部争取，尽快建立山东省政府与商务部申建自由贸易港区联合研究机制。
