此外，还将设定年度统一“警示价”。为遏制车牌投标拍卖价格过快过高非理性上涨，坚决打击投机炒作，上海决定2014年选择2013年最低“警示价”72600元作为年度“警示价”。竞买人首次出价阶段出价高于“警示价”，系统将不予接受。第二阶段价格修改仍按现行方法操作。
