　　此事经过媒体报道后引起广泛关注，河南省副省长赵建才表示，永城女车主服毒自杀事件虽然是个个案，但是事件的发生并非偶然，事件背后所反映出的是河南现存的公路三乱现象的严重。

　　赵建才：这种只罚款不卸载、先罚款后上路、不规范使用票据的现象，实际上是违法车主和执法人员建立的一种违规违法的利益关系。

　　公路三乱的屡禁不止，甚至出现很多乱象，赵建才认为，这是长期以来存在的体制和机制的弊端，目前河南省正在研究解决“公路三乱”问题的具体措施。
