昔日的“三好”渐渐变味

重视智育，轻视德育、体育的评价模式，人选集中于成绩佼佼者，容易让孩子产生“学习成绩最重要”的观念；老师们在评价过程中将“思想品德好”等同于“听话”；由于能享受加分政策，帮助升学，评选过程中滋生腐败的利益链……昔日的“三好”渐渐变味。

探索多元化的评价体系

显然，仅靠取消评选来解决问题是远远不够的。“三好学生”的评比是教育问题，也是社会问题。很长一段时间以来，从幼儿园的“小红花”到学校的“三好学生”，再到单位的“先进个人”，最后到各种各样的全国“劳动模范”，这样一条“荣誉链”是依附在我们现有体制和价值观上的成长之路。如果突然抽掉其中的一项，会让很多人感到迷茫：如何衡量和证明自己？
事实上，在基础教育中，一个健全的评价体系必是基础教育中不可或缺的重要一环。
“哪里表现好就奖励哪里，以人为本。更加注重学生的个性和特点，实行有针对、更具体的奖励方式，才符合孩子的成长历程。”顾明远强调，取消评选“三好学生”并不意味着忽视对学生的鼓励，而是应当探索出一条多元化的评价体系和激励机制。
近年来一些学校已经开始取消“三好学生”评选，代之以更为全面的评价方式。在北京十一学校，曾任班主任多年的闫存林介绍，该校已经取消了“三好”评选，转向“优秀学生”或“卓越学生”等多样的评选方式，由学生自主申报，然后学校根据一套完善的评选规则对申报学生进行审核，由于没有名额的限制，只要达到条件者都可以获奖。
此类做法也得到了王凤进的赞同。“孩子的优秀是多方面的，可以是学习成绩，更可以是其他方面的专长。现代化的教育理念不是千篇一律强调‘三好’或是‘五好’，而是多元化的育人理念，促进人人成才，促成多方面人才。”
