  显然,仅靠取消评选来解决问题是远远不够的。“三好学生”的评比是教育问题,也是社会问题。很长一段时间以来,从幼儿园的“小红花”到学校的“三好学生”,再到单位的“先进个人”,最后到各种各样的全国“劳动模范”,这样一条“荣誉链”是依附在我们现有体制和价值观上的成长之路。如果突然抽掉其中的一项,会让很多人感到迷茫:如何衡量和证明自己?


  事实上,在基础教育中,一个健全的评价体系必是基础教育中不可或缺的重要一环。


  “哪里表现好就奖励哪里,以人为本。更加注重学生的个性和特点,实行有针对、更具体的奖励方式,才符合孩子的成长历程。”顾明远强调,取消评选“三好学生”并不意味着忽视对学生的鼓励,而是应当探索出一条多元化的评价体系和激励机制。


  近年来一些学校已经开始取消“三好学生”评选,代之以更为全面的评价方式。在北京十一学校,曾任班主任多年的闫存林介绍,该校已经取消了“三好”评选,转向“优秀学生”或“卓越学生”等多样的评选方式,由学生自主申报,然后学校根据一套完善的评选规则对申报学生进行审核,由于没有名额的限制,只要达到条件者都可以获奖。


  此类做法也得到了王凤进的赞同。“孩子的优秀是多方面的,可以是学习成绩,更可以是其他方面的专长。现代化的教育理念不是千篇一律强调‘三好’或是‘五好’,而是多元化的育人理念,促进人人成才,促成多方面人才。”
