“天河一号”超级计算机助力雾霾监测预报

以超级计算机“天河一号”为支撑平台的“我国雾霾监测与数值预报模式系统研究”近日启动。这项研究致力于实现全国、区域、城市联动的雾霾预报与预警,将建立在京津冀、长三角和珠三角区域出现强雾霾时的应急减控对策系统。

国家超级计算机天津中心应用研发部部长孟祥飞博士说,研究者们将在超级计算机上综合各项实际影响因素,建立数值模拟模型,把模拟结果与实际观测数据对照后修改、完善模型,可望通过三至五年的努力,最终实现用模型精确预报雾霾的发生和形成。
