文化部文化市场司相关负责人介绍，作为网络游戏的主管部门，文化部早在2010年出台的《网络游戏管理暂行办法》中就将“手游”纳入到监管范围，“手游”和“端游”、“页游”的运营要求并无本质不同，均应符合《网络游戏管理暂行办法》的各项规范。同时，考虑到行业发展等因素，本次查处给涉嫌违规的企业设定了整改期限，对逾期不改者，相关文化市场综合执法机构将依法给予行政处罚。
