随后，记者拨打了运营商的客服电话反映情况。该客服表示，他们没遇到过这种情况，不清楚原因，建议遇到这样情况的客户在手机里安装一款防骚扰的软件，同时可以安装手机防火墙软件，过滤垃圾短信。为了防止这种恶性事件的发生，用户聊天时，尽量不要向陌生人透露自己的个人信息。
