韩国国土交通部昨天允许韩国航空公司向中国递交经过中国防空识别区的飞行计划后，各家航空公司先后向中国递交了飞行计划。
韩国大韩航空一位相关人员透露，公司已于当天下午向中国递交经过中国防空识别区飞往香港、曼谷和台北等航线的飞行计划。韩亚航空也于当天上午向中国递交了从仁川出发经过中国防空识别区飞往台北和马尼拉航线的飞行计划。济州航空和易斯达航空有关人士也表示，韩国国土交通部通报称，各家航空公司在需要时可向中国递交飞行计划，因此公司立即向中国递交了飞行计划。釜山航空也于当天下午向中国递交有关飞行计划。

消息称，由于韩国国土交通部当天允许韩国各航空公司向中国递交飞行计划书，日本政府陷入了孤立的状态。日本航空和全日空等已经在上月下旬向中国递交了飞行计划书，但是遭到了日本政府极大的政治压力，不得不撤回递交。但是韩国政府改变立场允许航空公司递交飞行计划书的决定，让日本的航空公司产生了对于政府不允许决定的不满。
分析认为，日本国土交通省的这一做法，意味着日本政府已经变相放弃了部分立场。综合中新社环球网报道
中方表态
通报飞行计划利于飞行安全
据新华社电外交部发言人洪磊昨天表示，有关航空公司向中方通报相关飞行计划，有利于保障有关航空公司的飞行安全及相关空域的飞行秩序。
洪磊表示，中方已多次就设立东海防空识别区问题表明立场。中方有关行动完全是正当合理的，符合国际法和国际惯例，各国应予尊重和配合。
