   深圳晚报讯 据新华网消息,美国《财富》双周刊网站13日盘点全球十大最热门房地产市场,中国内地位列第二。


   这十大市场排名为:


   1.迪拜 房价1年涨幅:28.5%


   迪拜作为近年中东地区的“安全港”吸引了投资,其中包括许多印度、巴基斯坦和伊朗投资者。


   2.中国内地 房价1年涨幅:21.6%


   《财富》称,由于投资渠道有限,中国内地的房地产向来是消费者扩充个人投资组合的热门选项。预计今后10年,还会有数亿中国人从农村迁到城市,因此对房子的需求依然强劲。


   3.中国香港 房价1年涨幅:16.1%


   中国内地大幅增加的信贷和美国极度宽松的货币政策刺激了香港楼市的繁荣。


   4.中国台湾 房价1年涨幅:15.4%


   《财富》称,台湾的低利率加上美国的货币刺激政策为岛外的买家扫清了道路,其中包括来自中国内地的购房者,这使得台湾的房价飙升。


   5.印度尼西亚 房价1年涨幅:13.5%
