　　这家娱乐企业的经历是安徽省行政职权清理取得成效的一个实例。今年以来安徽省认真贯彻落实习近平总书记系列讲话精神，深化行政体制改革，加大行政审批权改革力度，清理审核45家省级政府机关的行政职权。

　　牵头此次行政职权清理的安徽省编办相关负责人宫国建告诉记者，此次清理由安徽省编办与省法制办及被清理的各省政府机关单位一起，按照职权法定、程序合法、权责一致的要求，对各单位所有权力进行了一次摸底。结果发现，有的权力按照相关法规早已失效相关部门却仍在行使，而有的应该下放却放不到位。
