外国领导人访华的成果方面，最为引人注目的是经济“大单”，涉及能源、贸易、环保等多个方面。
今年4月，法国总统奥朗德在40个小时的访问中，与中方签订一系列合同，其中包括中国订购60架空客飞机和中法核合作。俄罗斯总理梅德韦杰夫访华时，双方同样签署多份文件，其中包括俄罗斯每年向中国增供1000吨原油。
