“二房东”被控制

“夏天小屋很热，大家都不关门，常有溜门撬锁现象，由于租户来自五湖四海，日常矛盾纠纷多。”当地社区民警介绍，这里发案率很高。
一个月劝离所有租户

“今后要坚决收回我们的集体土地，杜绝房屋违法出租现象。”据将台乡相关负责人介绍，涉及辖区内的集体土地，乡里目前正在摸底。根据原来签订的租赁合同，到期后一律不续签，将集体土地收回，由乡镇两级统一使用。而目前清理的这处大清寺自然村，乡里将实施规划，还路于民，还绿于民。
