刘开明：找了我太多次了。但是我现在一无所有。花钱都要用透支卡花。

王峰：财力上有点困难，这个工程是由沈阳市交通主管部门补贴一部分资金，地方政府配套一部分资金。现在资金落实了一大部分，还有一部分资金没有落实到位。争取明年落实大部分资金。
按王峰副局长所说，农民工工资接下来会有着落，政府拖欠标段的工程款一时还付不出来，第四标段工程队经理孙京表示，只有农民工可以安心看病，施工方也能安心生活。
付出劳动，获得报酬，天经地义。“尊重劳动”，这绝不是一句空洞的口号，而是我们理应遵守的一项基本法则。农民工朋友是我们这个社会的普通劳动者。天冷了，年关近了，别让欠薪，冷了人心。
