昨天下午，法库县交通局副局长王峰接受采访时承认目前政府的确存在违约现象。
记者：按照合同，咱们应该明年年底工程款必须到位是吗？
王峰：对。
记者：是今年年底到80%？
王峰：今年应该到80%。
记者：明年是100%？
那么，规划这条线路，政府签了合约，为何又违约了，交通局副局长王峰没有正面回答，只表示现在的确财力上有困难。
记者：咱们当时在规划的时候，既然已经签了合同，为什么后来又违约呢？
王峰：现在资金上有时候……现在是没全部到位。
记者：为什么没有全部到位啊？
王峰：财力上，可能是财力上有点困难吧，
记者：建这种公路是有专项款吗？

王峰：我想省市和咱们县共同努力，明年法包线资金应该能解决差不太多吧。
按王峰副局长所说，农民工工资接下来会有着落，政府拖欠标段的工程款一时还付不出来，第四标段工程队经理孙京表示，只有农民工可以安心看病，施工方才能安心生活。
记者：您对这个结果满意吗？
孙京：现在还……满意还不满意，那天我不讲了吗，三五百万，按照现在说，春节前能解决三百万恐怕就是最高了。
记者：三五百万对你们来说能解决困境吗？
孙京：起码民工和设备款、工资都能解决了，没有上家里闹事儿的了，能过个正常人的生活了，就这个意思。
昨晚，第四标段经理孙京向记者证实，他们已经拿到了35万元人民币，并连夜发给了农民工，先发给一些患病家庭解决燃眉之急。
