　　中新网乌鲁木齐12月13日电 (记者 孙亭文) 新疆昌吉回族自治州人民政府新闻办官方微博9时许发布消息，12月13日凌晨1点26分，昌吉回族自治州呼图壁县白杨沟煤矿发生瓦斯爆炸事故。事故发生时，下矿人员34人，12人成功升井。

　　目前，昌吉州正在全力开展救援工作。

　　据呼图壁县对外宣传办公室主任沙溢介绍，目前当地政府组织的救援队已经下井进行搜救工作，但因井下环境复杂，目前还没有搜救到被困人员，被困人员伤亡不明。

　　另据成功升井的工作人员透露，井下22人估计被困在掘进工作面或采煤工作面，以上两个工作面距离大概有900米左右。

　　呼图壁县东距乌鲁木齐市近70公里，312国道、201省道、乌奎高速公路、北疆铁路横贯全境，是新疆“乌昌核心经济圈”的重要组成部分和通往北疆各地及霍尔果斯、阿拉山口等边贸口岸的重要交通枢纽。(完)
