通知说，近期，深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司生产的重组乙型肝炎疫苗(酿酒酵母)在湖南接种后出现2例死亡病例。目前总局和当地有关部门正组织对此进行调查。为控制用药风险，决定暂停深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司批号为C201207088和C201207090的重组乙型肝炎疫苗(酿酒酵母)使用。
通知说，经查，上述二个批号的产品销售到湖南、广东、贵州三省，要求相关监管部门立即通知辖区内有关单位暂停使用，防止出现类似事件。
记者14日从广东省食品药品监管局获悉，该局已责成深圳市药品监管局到生产企业开展现场核查，并已通知广东、湖南、贵州省疫病预防控制中心(CDC)暂停使用同批号疫苗。(完)
