　　实名举报清城区环保局长陈柏和的女子李琳为清远本地人。据悉，她的证据是一份长达8分钟的录音。

　　据李琳称，自己因工作经常和“清城区环保局长陈柏和”保持电话联系，但“后来他可能也烦我了，就再也没有接我的电话”。12月7日晚11时16分，她用另外的手机打通陈柏和电话，电话接通后陈柏和没有同她讲话，但却不知何故没有挂断手机。随后，李琳从电话中，听到了陈柏和与人谈论如何利用手中职权来敲诈勒索辖区企业的“秘闻”。

　　据称，在电话录音中，说话的男子自称陈柏和，“这事就算没有我陈柏和做，一样会有陈三陈四会做”。但陈柏和目前否认录音中谈话的男子是自己。

　　陈柏和从2009年调任清远市清城区环保局，他自觉平时并未与人结怨。

　　目前，清城区纪委已经按照相关程序正式介入调查，并将邀请相关部门通过技术手段对录音的真实性进行鉴定。清城区纪委表示，调查结果出来后，将及时向社会和新闻媒体通报，如发现情况举报属实，清城区将严肃处理，绝不姑息。(完)
