“录音和我没关系。”昨日下午，陈某某接受南都记者采访时说。在南都记者给他播放录音时，仅仅听过一分多钟的录音后，陈某某当即表示不用再放了，“这个声音根本不是我，我也没有说过这些话。”
陈某某表示，对于辖区内企业有关环保方面的审批、验收、监管等权限都在清远市环保局，区环保局通常都是配合市局行动。
“如果要查处某个企业，先要对其排污标本进行取样化验，检测不合格的，会要求整改，整改再不合格的才会关停，不是说关就关的。”陈某某说，清城区环保局平时主要工作是受理群众投诉，以及对一些无牌无证的排污企业进行巡查，对于有牌有证的企业环保监管等情况，均由清远市环保局负责。
“对于这件事，我只能表示愕然。”陈某某说，他从2009年调任区环保局以来，平时并无与人结怨，目前他仍然正常工作，未受此事件影响，“如果真的有人搞我，那应该是恶作剧吧”。
