　　自13日夜间以来，海南万宁出现强降雨。部分地区普降特大暴雨，部分村庄被水浸泡，部分地区交通受水阻断。目前，万宁地区正紧急转移15万群众，其他地区也在紧急转移低洼群众，全市已启动三级防降水应急机制预案。据预报，万城及周边地区降雨还将持续。
