南方日报讯 (记者/曹斯 通讯员/粤康信) 国家食品药品监督管理总局日前下发通知，要求湖南、广东、贵州省食品药品监督管理局暂停深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司部分批号重组乙型肝炎疫苗(酿酒酵母)使用。昨日，据广东省疾控中心介绍，我省购进相关批次疫苗3600支，已使用的190支目前未接到不良反应报告，其余3410支疫苗已封存。
日前，湖南省3名婴儿在接种乙肝疫苗后出现严重不良反应，其中2人不幸死亡，1人休克10余次幸被抢救过来。涉事疫苗标注为深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司生产的重组乙型肝炎疫苗(酿酒酵母)，批号分别为C201207088和C201207090。两批号产品已经销售到了湖南、广东、贵州3省。
昨日，广东省疾控中心对此回应称，在接获相关信息后，该中心立即按广东省食品药品监督管理局部署和要求，通知相关疾病预防控制中心和接种点马上暂停使用涉事批次乙肝疫苗，并连夜对我省相关批次乙肝疫苗的发放和使用情况进行核查。
经查，广东共购进批号为C201207090的乙肝疫苗3600支。截至12月14日上午11时30分，其中1800支该批次疫苗仍在广州市疾病预防控制中心库存；另外1800支疫苗已发往广州市南沙区疾病预防控制中心，已使用190支，另外1610支仍在库存。目前，已使用的该批次疫苗尚未接到不良反应报告。库存的3410支疫苗已按要求连夜封存。广东未购进批号为C201207088的乙肝疫苗。
