  人民网北京12月13日电(记者余荣华)记者从北京市人力社保局获悉,今后,职业道德将被纳入北京市公务员选拔任用时的考察评价内容,作为考核奖惩、选拔任用的重要标准和依据,对于有违反职业道德规范要求的,可依法取消录用、任职资格。


  公务员职业道德是公务员在依法履行公职过程中应当遵循的思想行为准则,是公务员政治信仰、工作宗旨、职业理念和道德品质的具体体现。近日,北京市人力社保局发布《关于加强北京市公务员职业道德建设的意见(试行)》,倡导全市行政机关公务员在职业道德上要做到“四要”,即“要忠于祖国、要服务人民、要恪尽职守、要公正廉洁”。这是北京市首个职业道德建设意见,填补了北京市公务员管理工作中关于职业道德建设制度、政策的空白。


  《意见》同时明确了落实公务员职业道德建设要求的五项措施,提出要健全完善公务员职业道德建设制度体系,进一步健全完善公务员行为规范、依法行政、诚实守信等制度,职业道德也将被纳入公务员选拔任用时的考察评价内容,作为考核奖惩、选拔任用的重要标准和依据,对于有违反职业道德规范要求的,可依法取消录用、任职资格。


  同时,还将公务员职业道德规范列入公务员初任培训、任职培训和在职培训的必修内容,“十二五”期间,将以领导干部、基层一线、窗口单位和行政执法类公务员为重点,对全市公务员和参照公务员法管理人员轮训一遍。


  此外,对公务员职业道德建设情况,北京市还将加大社会监督力度,建立社会评议机制,通过党务政务公开、公务员信息公开、任职公示等渠道,形成有力约束。(责编:刘兰、高星)
